Dear Loyal followers, we need your urgent help as the floods continue to cause havoc for our rescue. We have lost our humidicrib and icu cages that normally house our precious koalas. Fortunately our koalas are safe at present but losing these vital pieces of equipment will mean we won’t be able to do what we do best, rescue and rehabilitate those koalas that desperately need our help.

On top of this, one of trucks have been washed away. We cannot locate these. These are the vehicles that allow us to go into all sorts of conditions, into forests, into tough terrain to rescue our precious koalas. They are not insured and as you know, cost lots of money.

We know the calls for help will intensify after the flood subsides, we are already fielding many more calls for help including for other animals such as kangaroos stranded and all other wildlife.

I’m counting on you to help us raise $70,000 so we can look to buy a new truck suitable for rescue immediately and also find a replacement ICU cages and a humidicrib.

We can’t let them down. Our team are exhausted but we will continue to try to answer every call for help.
